Excellent Stay Experience

comfortable bed shared kitchenette great breakfast

The staff accommodated an early check-in, very helpful. The bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable, and I slept soundly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the shared kitchenette with coffee and tea. The breakfast had lots of choices!!!

I found the lifts to be slow, with waits sometimes reaching 4-5 minutes. I eventually started using the stairs. The stairs looked like an unfinished building site. Exposed concrete was on the wall to ceiling.

The room included a Marshall speaker, I found it to be a nice touch. The modern solution for boiling water for tea was also a plus. Elegant décor completed the room.

The location provided convenient access to the subway stations, a 10-minute walk. Plenty of food options are available in the nearby vicinity. I thought that the hotel's location was quiet, yet still close to everything.

The hotel offers a 24-hour reception and bar, useful for late arrivals or nightcaps. Breakfast included a panini press, awesome for customized hot sandwiches. Filtered water was available on tap in the galley.

The design was modern and functional. i found the breakfast great, especially the fresh produce and good bread! check-in and check-out was easy. the guest room toilets are spacious for the size of the rooms. That was convenient.

easy access modern cleanliness unexpected kindness

the Location provided EASY access to nearby bus stops. this made my travel around the city very convenient. the hotel maintained MODERN cleanliness throughout. i especially appreciated mickel's help with transferring my items to my car , a unexpected kindness.

the air conditioning was QUITE loud during the night.

the tea and coffee area outside the rooms was acceptable. i guess that's something

The room lacked a window, a feature i find essential, not optional. the absence of a window was good, despite the air conditioning. it seemed like a prison cell, honestly. I would have appreciated a warning about this beforehand.
